Shipping typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on the destination and chosen service tier.
All listed wholesale prices are FOB (Free on Board) from our U.S. warehouse locations. This means product costs cover loading onto the carrier at our facility; ocean/air freight charges, insurance, and import duties are quoted and billed separately based on your final destination.
Our standard entry tier starts at 1 full pallet (288 pairs) for boxed athletic programs. High-volume non-boxed mixes start at 500 to 1,500 pairs per pallet. Volume price breaks apply automatically at 3 pallets and 5+ pallets.
We provide full export coordination, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and palletization ready for container loading. You may use your own freight forwarder or request a freight quote through our logistics network.
Yes. For volume orders, we can accommodate specific brand mix requests based on stock availability. We also provide pre-shipment warehouse photo and video verification upon request prior to final payment and dispatch.

Yes. We prioritize total transparency by providing detailed manifests and representative sample photos for every lot, outlining brand distribution, garment/shoe size breakdowns, and packaging condition (boxed, bagged, or unboxed) prior to payment.
We operate primarily on FOB (Free On Board) terms from our U.S. warehouse facilities. We handle domestic LTL freight pickups as well as international ocean shipping, assisting with LCL/FCL container staging, commercial invoices, and packing lists for both apparel bales and footwear pallets.
